Update front-end Event templates to use new markup / css conventions: Includes price sets, event registration, event Info

Attached patch follows the same CSS conventions introduced in http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5084 and applies those to the other big public user facing pages: Event info, event registration and price sets.

Matt - thanks for the patch. We wound up modifying things quite a bit and doing some rework on the front-end facing contribution page templates so things are consistent. Would be great if you can take a look at the latest commit (which will be in beta 6) and see if you find any problems.
