            Description

            Fix month calculation in relativeToAbsolute method in CRM/Utils/Date.php

            If current month is Jan, and report is run with filter criteria Date = Previous Month/ Previous 2 Months, etc
            throws up warnings :

            • warning: cal_days_in_month() [function.cal-days-in-month]: invalid date. in /home/yashodha/svn/civicrm/CRM/Utils/Date.php on line 1032.
