Shows blank upgrade screen after upgrading

            Description

            Hi

            The upgrade script deletes templates_c/en_US/en_US.

            Then it recreates a new directory with the wrong chmod-permissions (my server needs custom 777-permissions).

            This causes the "success-page" to have no text whether the upgrade failed or succeeded.

            Solution: Delete only the files not the directories when upgrading.
