      Description

Creating a PCP using the email from a previously deleted contact causes an error which leads to redirection to the home page. Steps to reproduce:

      1. Register for an event.
      2. Delete the contact used to register for the event.
      3. Make a donation to a Contribution Page for which PCPs are enabled.
      4. After making a donation click the Create Your Own Fundraising Page button
      5. Use the email from the contact that was deleted; you get redirected to the home page instead of step 2 of the PCP creation process.

I'm unable to duplicate the problem on the developer sandbox site because outgoing email is disabled there. I get an error when attempting to create a PCP:
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.
The site administrator needs to enter a valid 'FROM Email Address' in Administer CiviCRM » Configure » Domain Information. The email address used may need to be a valid mail account with your email service provider.
