Upgrade procedure added an extra '.' to most of my individual prefixes

            Description

            I'm upgrading a site from 2.1 to 3.1 and somewhere in that jump all of the prefixes that already contained a '.' got a second one added to the end:
            Mr. => Mr..
            Ms. => Ms..
            Mrs. => Mrs..
            Dr. => Dr..
            Miss => Miss

            Note no extra dot in 'Miss'

            This could've been introduced anywhere in there, but possibly CRM-5388.
