We should consider multilingualisation of the following fields:
civicrm_tell_friend.general_link
civicrm_pcp_block.link_text
civicrm_premiums.premiums_contact_email
Also, Joe Murray's quote from CRM-5485:

I'm not sure exactly what should be done for translations of widgets - maybe allow one to be created in each language, and provide some example code for switching between them, or perhaps creating a multilingual widget and showing how to modify the language in it using 'your site's' language switching variable. In any case the fields that could benefit from a translation widget when this is done include: Title, URL to Logo Image, Button Title, About, URL to Home Page.
