Perform actions on related objects

Currently there is no way (that I can find), to perform actions (Add to group, record action etc.) to related objects.
For example if I want to record that all the employees of an organization were at a meeting I can't, I need to search for the individuals one by one.

I can see this being implemented in one of two ways (or both). Either add relationships to the advanced search, or add actions to the relationships view so that it looks similar to the search results list.
