Profile edit form: error message (e.g. for Required Field) appears twice

            Description

            Problem in 3.1.beta6 and current demo (r25958):

            Go to http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/profile/edit?reset=1&gid=1 , remove Last Name, Save
            => Required Field error message appears twice

            Status was added to CRM/Profile/Form/Dynamic.tpl between beta5 and beta6, guess it should have been removed from somewhere else or that the condition is incorrect.
