Edit/delete button is visible on activity view page for Inbound Emails

There is logic elsewhere like on a contact's activities tab that prevents editing/deleting inbound emails to avoid inconsistencies and the audit trail. In 3.2 there will be some changes that are related, but for 3.1 the edit/delete actions should not be available.
