Some comments at top of files are incorrect, apparently due to cloning files

Some comments at top of files are incorrect, apparently due to cloning files.

For example, see

civicrm\CRM\Contribute\PseudoConstant.php

At the top of the file, the comment reads like

This class holds all the Pseudo constants that are specific to Mass mailing. This avoids
polluting the core class and isolates the mass mailer class

but this class file is for Contribute, not Mailing.

I've seen this in other places too.
