Anonymous registration for 0.00 option in price set causes no name or email address to show in the 'find participants' screen

            Description

            I have a price option of $0.00 in my price set. If this payment is selected, the participant's name is not shown in the 'participants' column of "find participants". The name does not show in 'view participant' either on my system.

            This has been reproduced on the Demo site.
