Description
Somewhere between r26021 and r26127 in the 3.1 branch this got broken, but seems to be ok in the 3.2 branch.
1) The time field has a red star beside it but the date doesn't anymore.
2) If you enter a time but no date it appears to save successfully but doesn't actually store an activity date in the database.
