Full text search on All types stops at 10 results with no indication there might be more.

Rationale
========
Physician Health staff use this search frequently, and they need a way to know if there are more than 10 results for a particular table - and a link to 'view all results' for a specific table.

Implementation
============
When displaying search results in 'All tables' mode, for each table where there are > 10 result rows - add a 'pager style' header above the results table showing count status.

Contacts 1 - 10 of 32
Activities 1-10 or 45
etc.

Provide a link to re-run the search in single table mode after each of these status strings:

View all results for Contacts >>
View all results for Activities >>

NOTE: If practical, we should implement our standard pager for 'single table' mode as part of this fix.
