Pledge payment actions initiated from Pledge Dashboard redirect to Contribution Dashboard after submit

            Description

            If you Record or View a Payment from the Pledge Dashboard, after submitting the form you should be directed back to the Pledge Dashboard. However, currently the 'context' is set to 'dashboard' - which is interpreted in Contribution forms to mean the Contribution Dashboard.

            I've added a new context of 'pledgeDashboard' to allow us to set the correct userContext in Contribute/Page/Tab.php for pledge payments.
