Edit Relationship: Cannot update directionality (e.g. change 'Parent of' to 'Child of')

1. Update of directionality (parent/child) fails.
Steps to recreate:

• View a contact
• Create new 'Parent of' relationship
• Edit this relationship and change relationship type to 'Child of' and click 'Save'

Current result:

• relationship type is still 'Parent'

Desired result:

• relationship type should be updated to 'Child'

2. Display of relationship_type labels are reversed on Browse table and on View Relationship (action eq 4) (for at least some types).
Steps to recreate:

• go to contact/view/rel for a household (browse)
• rel type label will show 'Household Member of' for any household members. This is actually the name_a_b value for the relationship type, but we are looking at the relationship from contact b point of view. Should display 'Household Member is'.
• click 'View' action for this relationship - and the same problem exists
• if you click 'Edit' for this relationship - and the CORRECT relationship label is displayed and selected in the form.
• view relationships for one of the household members and it's label will read 'Household Member is' (same problem in reverse - showing name_b_a when should show name_a_b)
