Where form is on behalf of organisation and it is compulsory field should be marked as compulsory

Where a contribution for MUST be on behalf of an organisation the organisation name is compulsory and should be marked as such. eg.

Our customer has edited CRM/Contact/OnBehalfOf.tpl to add the extra class in. (approx line 51) I'm not sure if this is accepatable
