Prefix .section class used on public-facing pages with crm- to prevent conflicts with CMS theme classes

            Description

            We've had a number of reports (in 3.1.x) that users have to modify the css for their CMS theme templates to prevent conflicts / bad page rendering.

            For example:
            http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,12185.0/topicseen.html

            The .section class seems to be the main culprit - so updating all usage to class="crm-section".
