Error message contains blank info when try to add relationship for a contact type with no results

Go to add a relationship for a contact.
Choose a relationship type that you know is for something like an organization, like employee, and then type some name to search where you know it won't return any results.
Click Search.
It says "No matching results for

• Name like:
• Contact Type:"

Expected behavior:

No matching results for

• Name like: <whatever you typed>
• Contact Type: Organization
