Add Proximity Search option to Profile Searches

Physican's Health needs profile-search type behavior for Proximity Searching (they want to use it for external folks - authenticated users - to find physicians):

• accessible to logged in users who do NOT have access CiviCRM permission
• ability to modify the available columns in the search result listing
• users can only view a limited set of contact fields
• ability to limit listings to a group

I think the 'right' way to do this is to allow users to add a 'Proximity Radius' field to Profile Search - and implement that in profile query. Let's discuss options and then we can assign to the appropriate person.
