Description
Currently in 3.1.x there is no way to search for Contacts with email on_hold=1. There is also no way in 3.1.x to batch update Contacts to set on_hold=0. I have sponsored this development to make both things possible...this new feature is for inclusion in 3.2 core, the work was done by Kurund Jalami.
