Description
When using the CiviEngage module and the walk list report, I selected a group of records and previewed the report. This group had hundreds of members. There were no results found because none of the records had phone numbers. When I added a phone number to one of the records and performed the same task, the walk list found one record.
Phone numbers should not determine the inclusion of a record in a walk list.

The report SHOULD EXCLUDE contacts who do not have address records.
