Add the mandatory tokens in the default footer

So you don't have by default the so annoying message:

• This message is missing a required token - {domain.address}

  : Domain address - displays your organization's postal address.

• This message is missing a required token - {action.optOutUrl}

  : 'Opt out via web page' - creates a link for recipients to click if
