Search Results: Print and Export Buttons should not trigger a selected task

Current behavior:

• If the 'task' <select> field has a non-blank option selected - and the user clicks Print or Export button - the selected task option is triggered.

Desired behavior:

• Clicking Print button should trigger print action regardless of 'task' field option. Same for Export button.
