Description
I was inquiring in #civicrm with dlobo about whether or not the entire Memcache server needed to be reset in the event that we change our mind about what options should be on the form. He said that this is still an issue, but to file an "improvement" ticket to get this cleaned up for CiviCRM 3.2.
