Jquery calendar pop-up conflict with Drupal Date module date pop-up on /user/%/edit

If a date field is used for editing in a drupal user acccount the date popup is broken This is fixed in civicrm pages (http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-5741)

The css should also be unset on every drupal page where a civicrm field is used.
