CiviGrant breadcrumb trail issue

            Description

            When a user searches Grants using Find Grants and clicks a result to View / Edit the Grant the generated breadcrumb trail has an issue.
            If the user clicks the breadcrumb trail 'Search Results' link this takes the user to an Activity Search and not back to the original Find Grant search.
