Search/find contacts - 'select fields for export' - 'Fields to Include in Export File' if you select 'Individual' no secondary dropdown box is shown

In Civi from the black menu bar SELECT 'Search' / 'Find Contacts'/

In the 'Find contacts' screen in the third box where a group is selected, SELECT a group of choice from the drop down list. You will then get a list of results, now there will be a Bold header called 'Select Records' which has a radio button option that reads 'All x records' (where x = the number of results of your search), SELECT this option. From the dropdown box below this option that reads '- more actions -' SELECT 'export contacts'. Then CLICK 'select fields for export', now CLICK continue. Here you will notice (see image) besides the error message, that under the heading 'Fields to Include in Export File' if you select 'Individual' no secondary dropdown box is shown. But if you select 'household' or 'organization' you get a full list in the drop down next to this.
