            Description

            selecting contacts then choosing Record Activity for Contacts results in the following error:

            Fatal error: addsequentialpages(): Failed opening required 'CRM/Contact/Form/Task/Record.php' (include_path='.;./modules/civicrm;./modules/civicrm\packages;.;c:\php4\pear') in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\modules\civicrm\CRM\Core\StateMachine.php on line 254
