Contact tabs: hide count parens

Hide the parens from the counts on tabs.

Rationale: With the current (r26893 on trunk) CiviCRM even on my 1680 px wide screen the default set of tabs wraps with the default Drupal theme.

To quote Kyle Jaster: We have added a class around the counts to enable themers to make the count font size smaller (and have already done this in the default theme). Perhaps we should also add a class of "crm-count-XX" where XX is the number of items - this would allow us to test the theory on a few installs with only a CSS declaration.
