      Description

Some change in 3.1 branch AFTER r26406 has changed the way page titles are assigned when viewing, adding and editing Case, Contributions, Participant records etc FROM the contact/view tabs. I suspect this might have been an unintentional side-effect of some of the code restructuring in contact/view ??

Prior to this change, the page title used the Contact display name. After this change, the page title is either a generic record type name (e.g. 'Case' in Manage Case - CaseView.php) OR is missing (for example in View Participant page).

Since the 'fieldset' legend in the tpl's provides the component / record and action related title - AND since it's less usable PARTICULARLY in 'Add' mode - to NOT have a the contact's name up top - I think we need to fix this (i.e. revert to the prior behavior).

Screenshots of 'before' and 'after' are attached.
