Enabled activities not available in drop-down list unless newly created or edited.

      Description

      Default activities listed as enabled in Activity Type Options list don't appear in the Create Activity drop-down list unless newly created or edited. In the attached screen shots, 'Test' was newly created. 'Email' existed but did not show up in the list until the activity was edited and saved.
