            Description

            Contact data loading needs the following mods:

            • Locations should be inserted w/ is_primary = TRUE (since in all cases only 1 location is being loaded per contact - and a single location is always primary by business rule)
            • Org type contacts should use location_type = MAIN, currently some (all?) are using HOME
            • Limit # of phone and emails added to 2. For phones, make 1st phone type = phone, 2nd = mobile
