Zero Is a Valid Value for Money, Integer and Number Custom Field Data Types

            Description

            Currently, if you enter 0 as an option value for a Custom field w/ Data Type = Money and HTML type = Select, you get a validation error. Zero should be allowed for Money, Integer and Number data types.
