Fix broken auto-complete listing.

Multiple listing is due to multiple initialization of same auto-complete contact search object.
This case occurs when we conditionally build and initialize auto-complete.

We should initialization auto-complete object only once and whenever it is required.

Currently it is broken for case role relationship from manage case screen.

Please make sure for all auto-compete objects, listing is working properly.
