Styling for custom data accordians on activities is wrong

On the New Individual screen, the accordians have the correct background/foreground contrast and the correct rollover highliting, but for the accordians for custom fields on activities, the contrast is wrong (black on dark grey), have no rollover highliting, and when you expand them they change their style so the background disappears.

Also, for custom fields on contacts, the expand/close arrow doesn't work.
