Activity type dropdown on activity created in standalone context doesn't honor weights

If you create an activity from the Create New button on the left (as opposed to from a contact's summary tab), then there's a dropdown to select the activity type. Unlike the New Activity dropdown on the contact summary, this one lists the activity types alphabetically instead of by weight.
