Choosing a template in sending mail destroys the subject

When you send an email, you first have the "from+to+cc+bcc", then subject, then the template.

We tend to write the subject, then choose the template, that override the subject by "default subject, please update", or whatever is in the template.

Suggested fix:

Only update the subject if it's empty on the ajax callback.
