Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) Drupal languages are not inherited properly

            Description

            Drupal uses zh-hans and zh-hant for Simplified and Traditional Chinese, which makes CRM_Utils_System_Drupal::getUFLocale() not map them properly (to zh_CN and zh_TW).
