      Description

Instead of simply knowing that a contact has been put on hold, It would be nice to log the bounce message itself so you know when it has been bounced, what is the error message and so on, allowing you to better handle these "on hold" contacts.

I'd need a hook that allows me to store that bounce message as an activity.

I don't know to what extend it's related, but instead of the existing processing of incoming emails, i'd like to be able to set a different activity type (so I can modify it), and eventually put a workflow in place (eg. assign the new email/task to someone by default, alert him by default.

Hidden goal: trying to use civicrm as a todo/request tracker.
