Waitinglist message shouldn't appear if the logged in user is already registered

If the logged in user is already registered for an event and the event is full and they visit the event info page, it (correctly) hides the register button, but then still displays the message telling them they can be added to the waiting list.

Maybe instead it could say something like "you are already registered for this event".
