UpdateMembership.php should use default from address

I had hoped to do this but never quite got there so logging so it doesn't get lost.

At the moment bin/updateMembership.php needs to have the from e-mail hard-coded into it which means it gets overwritten on upgrade & stops working unless people are super onto it.

Making it use the default 'from' address would be a better solution
