Existing CiviCRM user registers a new account on Drupal website, - creates a new CiviCRM record

            Description

            I must reconcile the two accounts via dedupe, but relationship fails in a view using 'CiviCRM Contacts: Drupal ID'
            If I view the Drupal user's contact record, it properly returns the correct CiviCRM record.

            This began in 3.1.4, and continues through 3.1.5
