Making the Donation Confirmation step Optional

One of the drawbacks of the current CiviContribution donation function is that it requires that the donor confirm their donation details before submitting the gift. This adds another unnecessary step in the process and we have found with our clients (using Google Analytics) that there is a significant drop off of people who do not complete the transaction. If this could be an optional step when you configure the form then we could give the organization the option to include that page or to just immediately process the transaction.
