Advanced Search - unselect option for radio custom fields not working

            Description

            Step:
            1. Goto Advanced search, In 'Voter Info' check "Yes" for Registered Voter. than search.
            2. It displays contacts with Registered Voter: "Yes"
            3. Again use unselect link, to remove "Yes" option
            4. Than search again, but result shows contacts with Registered Voter : Yes
