      Description

This originates from the following forum thread
      http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,10148.msg61143.html

Although this error can come from a variety of sources and different reasons, (SMTP server, CiviCRM, Web server, etc). CiviCRM does not provide a lot of tools to allow users to react to this type of situations.

In a typical use case the user would react to these bounce is checking if the email addresses themselves are valid, once that determination has been made, the next step would be trying to resend the mailing to these email addresses.

It is hard to check if the emails are returned with this bounce type because due to CiviCRM because it does not generate a mail log, a mail log can provide helpful information such as how many email addresses were successfully injected into SMTP server, how many failed to be injected due to whatever reasons. It could also be used for benchmarking CiviMail performance as well.

Lastly, it would also be helpful if CiviMail Report can include checkboxes and filters so if the user decides to put those unknown bounce type error emails off hold or put them into a group to be resent they can do so easily.
