Suppress Map link on contact selector when lat/long not present

            Description

            Currently, the Map action is displayed on every contact selector row - regardless of whether that contact's primary address (which is what is displayed on the selector) includes lat/long data. We should suppress the 'Map' action if that row is not mappable.
