            Description

            civicrm/contact/search/custom?csid=4&reset=1 Custom Search that allows Groups and Tags to be Included/Excluded. Search breaks if a Tag is excluded. Instead of excluding Contacts with the Tag, selecting a Tag for exclusion causes the search to return ALL contacts, regardless of group or tag.
