No Bulk Emails option setting is incorrect in receipt after returning from PayPal.

      Description

      I have a Join/Renew form which uses a Profile called Membership Information. This contains a field called "No FWNWR Emails (Contact)" [mapped to CiviCRM Field "No Bulk Emails (User Opt Out)"] along with other Contact fields such as Address1, Address2, City, State, etc. I am using PayPal Website Standard as the payment processor. Checks are also allowed.

      For this test, I always start with the No FWNWR Emails box checked. All tests are run in test mode.

      When PayPal is used I get the correct value for the No FWNWR Emails on the confirmation page (before heading to PayPal), the wrong value in the receipt displayed on the Web and the correct value in the email receipt.

      When the check option is used, all three display the correct value.
