user mail templates FAIL: fields not populated on selecting template

Select a contact (or more), click Send Mail. Select a template from the SELECT box, subject, html and text should be populated from the template, but nothing happens.

Have tried with simple (no tokens) template. Have tried in Firefox 3.6 and Chromium 6.
