Description
CiviCRM adds several paths to the include_path (eg. packages). This won't work if CiviCRM is installed at a location that contains PATH_SEPARATOR, because there is no way of adding such a path to include_path.
I suggest to check for this error during installation.

A patch is attached it should apply to recent svn versions.
